Scaled Metabolic is operated by AutoDBA LLC. These Terms govern your use of the Scaled Metabolic patient app and related services.

Who may use the service

The app is available only to adults who have been invited or enrolled through an authorized care team or program. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your device and account secure.

Care-support service, not emergency care

Scaled Metabolic supports communication and information sharing with a care team. It does not provide emergency services, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical judgment. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call local emergency services.

Your information and permissions

You choose whether to connect Health Connect and which data types to share. You can change Health Connect permissions in Android settings. Our handling of personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through our account deletion page. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate security, legal, or clinical record-retention purposes.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. For questions, contact support@scaledmetabolic.com. Do not send health information through ordinary email.
