Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Scaled Metabolic account and associated data. To protect your privacy, we verify your identity before acting on a request.

How to request deletion

Email support@scaledmetabolic.com with the subject line Account deletion request. Include your name, the email address associated with your account, and your Support ID if available.

Do not include health information, medical records, glucose readings, or photos in the email.

What happens next

We will contact you through a verified channel to confirm the request. We will delete information associated with your account unless we must retain certain information for security, fraud prevention, legal, or clinical record-retention obligations. If a retention requirement applies, we will explain what is retained and why.
